Cathy works with individuals and teams to identify strengths, team dynamics and growth opportunities for intentional living. She is a qualified Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator practitioner, certified Gallup StrengthsFinder® coach and certified facilitator. She teaches Coach Training in the Masters of Servant Leadership program at Columbus State University and has over 25 years of management experience.
Lori Auten, MS, ACC, is the CEO of Columbus, Georgia-based “Focus Consulting Group”, a firm that provides professional coaching, business consulting, group facilitation and leadership development. Lori was formerly a public service faculty member of The University of Georgia with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Columbus, GA. She is credentialed through the International Coach Federation, is a certified FastTrac facilitator with the Kauffman Institute and also serves as facilitator for The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center GrowSmart™ entrepreneur program. Additionally, she is a qualified Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator practitioner.

She currently serves as the CEO of 2 Impact, a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to equipping individuals and businesses to reach their maximum growth potential.
