Cathy Alford, MA, PCC, is an Executive, Leadership and Clifton Strengths® Coach, credentialed with the International Coach Federation and certified by the Gallup Organization. She is CEO of Lifeworks Coaching and a founding member of the Columbus Coaching Collaborative. Cathy works with individuals and teams to identify strengths, team dynamics and growth opportunities for intentional engagement.

She is a qualified Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator practitioner, certified CliftonStrengths® coach, certified facilitator and coach trainer with the Center for Coaching Excellence. She has taught Coach Training in the Masters of Servant Leadership program at Columbus State University and has over 25 years of management experience.

She is a contributing author in the book, Inspired Women Succeed, the author of If Only We Could Talk: 3 Simple Steps to Parent-Teen Conversations and co-author of Using Coaching Skills to Lead published in The Journal of Practical Consulting (2018).b
