Experiential Leadership Coaching Program for Women (ELCP) Phase I
A practical and effective fast–paced leadership program that will have you developing and applying essential skills after the first session. Designed for women in leadership, tough topics such as conflict resolution, self‐awareness and self‐management, individual brand development and other pertinent topics are learned and applied. Feedback from this class suggests value for those mid-level managers in your organization. This is a 3‐month program and participants meet every other week for 2 hours.
Experiential Leadership Coaching Program for Women (ELCP) Phase II
Using the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI 360), this 3-month program is limited to former participants of ELCE Phase I. It includes self, manager and peer 360 evaluations to assess 5 key leadership principles: Model The Way, Inspire A Shared Vision, Challenge The Process, Enable Others To Act, and Encourage The Heart. Each principle will be explored in depth with a focus on each participants 360 results. This is a 3‐month program and participants meet every other week for 2 hours.
Experiential Leaders Customized Coaching Experience for Teams
Modeled after the ELCE for Women, this program is designed with speciﬁc teams in mind. We take issues and experiences relative to their work group and apply the principles of Strengths, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching Skills, Conflict Resolution and Dysfunctional Teams using authentic conversation and trust as the foundation. This course is designed to be both challenging and practical. We aim to teach fundamental people management skills in a positive and constructive environment. This is a fully customizable development program.
Emotional Intelligence (EI) Skills Assessment (1/2 Day, Full Day) – EI has been identified as an important part of an individual’s ability to successfully cope with environmental demands. Because of the constantly changing environments in which we live, individuals often require more than just tasks competencies or technical know‐how to be successful. EI provides an important catalyst of social and cognitive functioning. It can help facilitate activities such as decision making, empathizing with co‐workers and friends, communicating a vision to staff members, and staying resilient in emotionally challenging situations.
Coaching For Commitment (Two Day) – This program teaches a way of interacting by which people are able to achieve sustained, superior performance. Coaching is based on successfully making a shift of the roles of Manager, Instructor, or Mentor to that of coach. Coaching is a trust‐based, mutual interaction. When the coach applies a proven coaching process, including a coaching model and skills, a naturally flowing and psychologically satisfying coaching conversation will result.
Clifton StrengthsFinder® (1/2 Day, Full Day) – Used in over 50 countries with 50 years of research, Gallup shows discovering, understanding and developing the strengths of employees positively impacts the bottom line because employees are more engaged when they work out of their natural talents. Using the results of this online assessment is practical for all employees as it helps create more cohesive and appreciative teams and helps individuals be strategic about turning their talents into strengths. This powerful workshop helps individuals understand themselves and others from a Strengths perspective.
Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator (1/2 Day, Full Day) – One of the most utilized and validated assessments worldwide, MBTI is used to identify preferences for how we process and behave in our world. This program is delivered in a full-day workshop after participants complete an online assessment identifying their four-letter Myers-Briggs Type. This workshop is interactive and achieves an outcome of better understanding of the four dichotomies for better communication and intentional living.
RightPath (1/2 Day, Full Day) – An easy to understand assessment that reveals natural, “go to” behavioral preferences. These preferences become the starting point for understanding talents, leadership style, emotional intelligence, skills, passions, values and more.
Thomas Kilmann Conflict Resolution® (1/2 Day, Full Day) – The TKI is a self-scoring assessment that takes about fifteen minutes to complete. Interpretation and feedback materials help you learn about the most appropriate uses for each conflict-handling mode. The TKI has been the leader in conflict resolution assessment for more than thirty years and helps open discussions on difficult issues and facilitate learning about how conflict-handling modes affect personal, group, and organizational dynamics. This program is delivered in a half-day workshop, teaching coaching skills to structure difficult conversations with confidence.
Leadership Practices Inventory (Two-Day or Three Half-Days) – This 30-question 360 evaluation helps Individuals discover blind spots around leadership behaviors as they identify 3-4 areas of potential growth in practices of: Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act and Encourage the Heart. This program is a one-day workshop and includes individual coaching sessions to identify growth opportunities. Many organizations will repeat the process in 8-12 months to gain an understanding of how individuals have positively developed leadership behaviors.
Five Dysfunctions of a Team (3 hour, 1/2 Day, Full Day, Two-Day) – Based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this workshop uses the premiere material on the market for developing great teams. Five Dysfunctions of a Team outlines the root causes of politics and dysfunction on the teams where you work, and the keys to overcoming them. Counter to conventional wisdom, the causes of dysfunction are both identifiable and curable. However, they don’t die easily. Making a team functional and cohesive requires levels of courage and discipline that many groups cannot seem to muster. NOTE: Must purchase book for each participant ($25).
